Stop LTTE killings before talks begin -- Anandsangaree

Aug 24 (AsianTribune) In his latest statement addressed to President Chandrika Kumaratunga, the Tamil United Liberation Front Leader, V. Anandasangaree has warned against resuming talks with the LTTE without proper guarantees to end violations of human rights, killings and child conscription.
