LTTE imposes conditions before peace talks

Aug 23 (ColomboPage) The LTTE has decided to impose some conditions for the government before two parties start peace talks in Norway. The LTTE conveyed their position through the Norwegian facilitators, LTTE Peace Secretariat sources told ColomboPage.
