Sri Lankan refugee with links to Tamil Tigers a 'danger to public'

Aug 30 (NP) A Sri Lankan refugee convicted of gang-related crimes has been declared a danger to the public, partly due to concerns he might assist the Tamil Tigers rebel group if he remains in Canada.
