Aug 6 (ColomboPage) Aug 06, Colombo: Prime Minister and SLFP presidential candidate Mahinda Rajapaksa in a special message to the LTTE urged it to provide necessary facilities for him to participate in the Madhu feast in LTTE-held Mannar.
