Aug 05 (ColomboPage) Clearly violating the Ceasefire Agreement Tamil Tigers had brutally attacked and murdered Jaffna Superintendent of Police Charles Wijewardena Thursday evening, during a protest campaign following an accidental killing of a youth due to Army fire.
