Dhanapala declines the offer for the post of Sri Lanka Foreign Minister

Aug 19 (ColomboPage) The Head of the Peace Secretariat, career diplomat Jayantha Dhanapala has reportedly declined an offer made by President Chandrika Kumaratunga for the vacant Foreign Minister portfolio.
