LTTE blasts peace, the Norwegians, the international community and the SL Government once again

S. Paramu. Tamilselvan, the current chief negotiator for the LTTE, has dealt a tsunami blow to the lauded plans for setting up a Joint Mechanism by insisting that the LTTE "will not work under any authority, direct or otherwise, of the Sri Lanka government."
