Tigers launch drive against failure to disarm groups

April 1 (Gulf News) - Tamil Tiger rebels have launched a campaign against the government's failure to disarm rival groups in keeping with the ceasefire agreement. The 36-month old fragile ceasefire agreement was signed under a Norwegian backed peace process.
