The slow pace of Sri Lankan recovery

April 6 (BBC) - It is now more than 100 days since the tsunami devastated the countries around the Indian ocean. In Sri Lanka, it left more than 30,000 dead and half a million homeless. Since then the government has been working to rebuild people's lives.
