ICRC contacts Sri Lankan rebels, trying to trace missing intelligence officer

April 26 (AP) The International Committee of the Red Cross said Tuesday it has written to the Tamil Tiger rebels requesting information on a missing Sri Lankan intelligence officer alleged to have been abducted by the guerrilla group.
