Government only can ensure the rights of the minorities, not the terrorists - JVP

April 25 (Asian Tribune) Janatha Vimukthi Perumuna - the political organization which was responsible for terror and mayhem in Sri Lanka in the seventies and eighties and which was the first organization to spread terrorism in the country, declared on Friday that only the government could ensure the rights of the minority communities in the country , and not a terrorist outfit.
