Two Tamils dead in latest violence in Sri Lanka's troubled east

Mar 8 (AP) Gunmen shot and killed two ethnic Tamils in eastern Sri Lanka on Tuesday, the latest in a string of assaults that have threatened a fragile cease-fire between the Tamil Tiger rebels and government forces, the military said. The military blamed the insurgents for the killings.
