Mar 5 (LT) The discussions between the Government and Wanni tiger organization on a mechanism to be established to distribute tsunami aid in the Northern and Eastern Provinces are on the verge of collapsing. The reason for this is the Government and the tigers have not been able to come to agreement on certain matters.
