Lanka rejects LTTE demand for talks only on Interim Administration

Mar 5 (HT) Attempts to re-start peace talks between the Sri Lankan Government and the LTTE received a severe setback on Thursday, when the Government categorically rejected latter's demand that talks begin with only one item on the agenda — the setting of an Interim Administration for the Tamil-speaking North Eastern Province.
