Port full with unclaimed tsunami relief

March 22 (SAMN) - Due a number of factors, the tsunami relief cargo clearance procedure has hit a snag with around 100 containers stuck in port and not claimed by anybody, and Customs authorities are also lamenting the lack of cargo examination space within the Colombo Harbour.
