East Valley assistance bogged down by red tape

March 22 (ArizonaRepublic) - An East Valley group that collected and shipped toys and clothing for tsunami victims in Sri Lanka says the 20-foot container has been held up in port by government bureaucracy, and it now fears that the items may never reach survivors.
