In Sri Lanka, no war, no peace

Mar 3 (AT) Sri Lanka has been fortunate enough to survive without war for the past three years, and a sigh of relief passed over the country as it marked the third anniversary of the cease fire agreement signed between the government and the rebel LTTE on February 22, 2002.
