War remains option as Sri Lanka celebrates 3 years of peace

Feb 23 (Kyodo) Sri Lanka marked the third anniversary of the cease-fire between the government and separatist Tamil rebels Wednesday, but despite hopeful noises that the "no war, no peace" scenario can be developed into a full-fledged political settlement, the military option hangs menacingly over the country.
