Sri Lankan ceasefire "poisoned" by rebel killings: Japanese envoy
Feb 12 (AFP) Japan's special envoy to Sri Lanka, Yashushi Akashi, said that the killings this week of a senior rebel leader and his colleagues had "poisoned" the ceasefire in the island nation.
