LTTE names Marshall political head for Batti-Amparai

Liberation Tigers said Friday that Mr. Irasaiah Marshall has been appointed as the head of their political division for Batticaoa-Amparai District. Mr. Marshall who takes Mr. Kousalyan's place, was in charge of the Headquarters Secretariat of the LTTE for Batticaloa-Amparai. He was also in charge of project planning for post Tsunami reconstruction in the region.
