Solheim hopes for mechanism to handle rehabilitation efforts

(Gulf News) Colombo : Norwegian special envoy Erik Solheim has expressed confidence in working out a joint mechanism in handling post tsunami rehabilitation and reconstruction work in the north and eastern parts of the country.
