JVP remains firm against peace talks based on ISGA

Feb 24 (LNP) The Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) maintained its firm stand against the government, of which it is a part, holding peace talks with the LTTE on the basis of the Interim Self Governing Authority (ISGA).
