LTTE needs Govt help - Sea Tiger leader Soosai

LTTE Sea Tiger leader "Colonel" Soosai declared that Government support was essential for the reconstruction of the tsunami hit areas in the North-East since the LTTE cannot fulfil this task on its own. Giving his interview from a refurbished house rising from the rubble of the Mullaitivu town devastated by the tsunami, the Sea Tiger leader said they were planning to begin the reconstruction process in the district keeping a 300 meter buffer zone.
