LTTE impose fine on civilian

Feb 2 (SLA) A civilian resident in the general area of SERUNUWARA said to have been arrested and fined by LTTE has been released on 31 January 2005 after extorting money for his meals and imposing a fine of Rs. 1000/- (about US $ 10).
