Kadirgamar thanks India for tsunami help

Feb 26 (IANS) Two months after the tsunami ravaged Sri Lanka, the island has not only recovered its moorings, but has embarked on an ambitious reconstruction programme in which India will play a crucial role, Foreign Minister Lakshman Kadirgamar said Saturday.
