Fears for the orphans of Sri Lanka in aid limbo
Feb 20 (TO) AMONG the orphans of the tsunami, Manju Dissanayake, 12, is one of the lucky few. He lost his parents when the wave crashed ashore on the beaches of southern Sri Lanka. But he now lives with his aunt in a tent erected in the tranquil grounds of a Buddhist temple called Naga Rama Purama.
