Documentation nightmare of the displaced

Feb 20 (BBC) The Legal Aid Commission of Sri Lanka is taking steps to help people get copies of official documentation lost due to the Tsunami. According to Sunil Jayaratna, presidient of the Mathara Bar Association, people are facing numerous problems regarding identity and ownership of land as a result of losing official documentation.
