LTTE terrorist attack food supply to civilians

LTTE suicide crafts launched a suicide attack on two merchant vessels transporting food, to civilians on humanitarian grounds off Jaffna early this morning. One ship sustained minor damages while an LTTE craft was seized following Navy retaliation.

I wonder what the international community, the so called loved Tamil Nadu politicians and other NGO’s would say for such terrorist attack? Would they comment on this, or as always go silent or divert the attention elsewhere to avoid blaming the LTTE for their terrorist acts??
