Mervyn off the hook again?
Colombo Magistrate court grants Dr. Mervyn Silva Rs: 50,000 surety and Rs: 500,000 cash bail until next court date after he surrendered on arrest order.
How come this Dr gets away with stuff? Is this coming from the top of the GoSL to protect this criminal or is this how the legal system works?
