Sri Lanka Government agreed for the medical treatment of the injured LTTE cadres.

Colombo, 19 August, (Asiantribune.com): Sri Lanka Government has agreed to extend facilities for medical treatment to the injured cadres from the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) on humanitarian grounds.

This was announced by Sri Lanka President Mahinda Rajapakse.
The President made it clear that it is the duty and responsibility of the Government to ensure that medical facilities are available to all citizens of the country.
