Sri Lanka President urges northeast bishops to encourage civilians to seek military help

May 31 (ColomboPage) President Mahinda Rajapaksa yesterday urged Catholic bishops from Jaffna and Mannar to encourage people to seek help from police and security forces if their basic rights are violated.
