12 May (Asiantribune.com) Sri Lankan defence officials described security operations staged yesterday against the rebel outfit Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE), as "limited and coordinated" and were aimed to deter further LTTE’s attacks on the Sri Lanka Security Forces.
