SLMM to rule LTTE sea movement as ceasefire violation

May 2 (LNP) The SLMM is likely to rule the sea movement conducted by the LTTE on Sunday night as a ceasefire violation as the Tigers do not have a right to the sea, the SLMM said yesterday.
