Countries should ban Tamil Tigers from fundraising: FM

May 10 (AP) The international community should ban Tamil Tiger supporters from raising funds in foreign countries and take stringent measures to cut off the cash flow to the rebels in Sri Lanka, its foreign minister said Tuesday.
