Step in to end Sri Lanka's war

Apr 21 (IHT) It seems perverse that a world gripped by the scourge of terrorism neglects the bloody conflict in Sri Lanka, where minority Tamils battling for a separate state against the Sinhala majority are using the full range of terrorist weapons, including suicide bombers.
