ActionAid pact with TRO raises eyebrows

Mar 14 (GT) One of the largest UK-based NGOs operating in Sri Lanka, ActionAid International of Sri Lanka, has reportedly signed an agreement with the Tamil Rehabilitation Organisation (TRO) for a massive contract involving post-tsunami rehabilitation in the Northern province.
