UNP plans to accentuate Geneva talks as unsuccessful at mini polls

Feb 17 (LT) It is revealed that it is the belief of the United National Party that the Geneva talks will be a failure. If their expectations become a reality, the UNP is planning to give it a significant place in the Local Government polls in a bid to defeat the Government.
