Sri Lankan foreign minister says international help urgently needed

Jan 6 (AP) Sri Lanka's new foreign minister says he told U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice that his country urgently needs international help to spur rebels back to peace negotiations and to stop a resurgence of civil war.
