Rajapakse is capable of finding a solution - McGuiness
Jan 23 (PIS) Sinn Fein Chief Negotiator Martin McGuiness on Friday expressed optimism that President Mahinda Rajapakse would be able to find a solution to Sri Lanka's ethnic problem.
