Sri Lanka says has not yet contacted Tiger rebels

Dec 1 (Reuters) Sri Lanka's new government said on Thursday it had not made contact with Tamil Tiger rebels to restart stalled peace talks, despite repeated pledges by the incoming president he would talk to them.
