Dec 05 (ANN/Island) Norwegian Minister cum Special Peace Envoy Eric Solheim, at a meeting with Indian Foreign Secretary Shyam Saran, is reported to have said (published byThe Sunday Island on Dec 4) that Oslo is not happy being made a scapegoat for setbacks or slow progress in the peace process in Sri Lanka.
