Sri Lanka to present pro-poor 2006 budget-minister

Nov 7 (Reuters) Sri Lanka's 2006 budget will focus spending on health, education and post-tsunami reconstruction to help the poor while aiming for long-term economic growth of 8 to 10 percent, Finance Minister Sarath Amunugama said on Monday.
