Guidelines to fight voter fraud in Tamil-rebel areas endorsed

Nov 9 (AP) A Sri Lankan court Wednesday endorsed guidelines proposed by the elections commissioner to thwart voter fraud when people from Tamil rebel-controlled areas enter Sri Lankan government-held territory to vote in this month's presidential election.
