EU move commendable though belated

Sep 29 (LankaNewspapers) The European Union's action to prohibit entry by any LTTE-delegation into their countries, though taken belatedly, serves the cause of democracy and human rights that they seek to promote throughout the world. The immediate provocation that prompted the EU's move obviously was the killing of the former Foreign Minister Lakshman Kadirgamar.
