Top military personnel to represent government at crucial truce talks with Tamil rebels

Aug 25 (AP) Senior military personnel will represent the government at crucial peace talks with Tamil Tiger rebels to review a fragile cease-fire, Sri Lanka's government said Thursday, as it urged world leaders to push the guerrillas to honor the truce.
