Sri Lanka bids tearful farewell to Kadirgamar
Aug 15 (TheAcademic.org) Sri Lanka today bade tearful farewell to its assassinated Foreign Minister Lakshman Kadirgamar, who took a tough stand against LTTE and was a votary of strong ties with India, in a state funeral at the Independence Square here.
