Lakshman Kadirgamar - Larger than Life even in death-
Aug 13 (TheAcademic.org) The State funeral of the late Minister of Foreign Affairs Lakshman Kadirgamar will be held on Monday 15th August 2005 at 3 pm at the Independence Square, Colombo 7. Monday 15th August has been declared a Day of National Mourning.
