Sri Lanka waiting for pledged tsunami aid to arrive, foreign minister says

May 6 (AP) - Sri Lanka has received only a fraction of money pledged for post-tsunami assistance, with much of the cash yet to be distributed by international aid groups which have little experience of organizing reconstruction projects, the country's foreign minister said Friday.
