Former U.S. President Bill Clinton, in Colombo as the UN special envoy for tsunami reconstruction made a plea to all concerned to " take hold of this opportunity to build a better future for your country". Clinton stuck to his mission with the plea that " too many children have died, too many families have been crushed.
