Chandrika faces flak over deal with LTTE

May 6 (Hindu) Sri Lankan President Chandrika Kumaratunga's proposed move to enter into a controversial deal with LTTE rebels has led to differences in the government ranks with Marxist coalition partner JVP threatening to launch a nation-wide agitation against the plan.
